  • Intuitive Body Balance - In Person

    Kathy uses a combination of intuition, reiki, energy work, and applied kinesiology to help the body into balance. At the end of the session, you have the option of receiving a mini card reading.

  • Distance Intuitive and Communication via Zoom

    Receive guidance from your higher self that may release energetic blockages from your body, so life can flow with ease. This appointment is by Zoom Video. You will be provided the link by email in your booking confirmation.

  • Equine Body Work

    Your equine partner will receive a variety of bodywork, acupressure, applied kinesiology, laser, and massage. Looking at the feed program and saddle fit are also available for an additional cost. These sessions are only offered in the Ponoka area.

I have noticed in this industry that everyone is trying so hard to sell themselves how there is so much pressure to get that next client. Finding the perfect words that will catch the attention of the client.  What I ask is to sit quietly and asked your body who is the best for you?  Which practitioner is the best for your body, spirit, and soul?  Who or what keeps popping up for you?  Then pursue the perfect practitioner for you and your body to start listening to your heart’s space and using your dollars for the perfect practitioner.   

This is raw truth for me to help you get the help you need in a day and age that there are so many choices:  look within, pay attention to yourself, allow yourself to make the best decision for you. There are so many practitioners out there that are talented and gifted in many ways along with their words that can pull you in.

Fun facts about me:  put me in the mountains on the back of a horse or hiking, being in nature ultimately anything outdoors and I am in my happy soulful place, I am connected by heart space and my soul is full and my mind is empty.

Hi, I'm Kathy Masters,

A proud Metis woman and entrepreneur!

I am an energy-being having a human experience.  My connection with spirit started at an extremely young age, I don't even know for sure what age that was.  I just remember being very young sitting in the back seat of my parents’ vehicle.  Seeing a guy on the side of the road in a top hat, he was tall and in a long black coat and asking my parents why is that guy dressed so funny, my parents responded by saying there was no one there.    

Well, that was the first time that I can recall seeing spirit.  I connect all the time with spirit, animals, and nature on many different levels (all the clairs).  What all of this has taught me has been invaluable for myself and others.  So many times I felt saved from my own demise whether it was when a tree branch broke when I tried to hang myself or the knot coming undone.  I have looked at my animals and said no I must care for you or being in nature and just feeling grounded and connected which brought me back into my body and my senses. 

I 100% believe that mother earth is everything in every way.
